HTTP GET call from Looker to another site with headers

Is it possible to make an HTTP GET call with headers to another site from a Looker dashboard? We currently have a button that can call a url with the appropriate query parameters, but we have a situation where we need users to be able to make an HTTP GET call from within Looker and include the API key in the header.
