How to set users permissions in a single table?

Hello all,

I need to prepare an user matrix access and separate some fields in just one table for different users, for example, i have these filters like “sales”, “revenues”, “taxes” and i need to give permission to several users but each user needs to see only the respective category when entering in the look.

These categories are in the same filter/field, can someone assist me?
