How to make sure all regions are updated when I push my code to production?

I have Looker for 4 regions. Whenever I push some change to production I have to manually go and pull from production for each region. This sometimes breaks the dashboards if I forget to pull from production for other regions. Is there some setting change I can do to make sure the code in all the region gets updated automatically?
