How to dynamically hide or select dimensions (columns) from visualization?

Hello,

I would like to have a visualisation with multiple dimensions (say A, B, C & D) and related measures (say W, X, Y & Z). This visualisation is presented to the user on the UI. This look would be embedded on the UI.

Depending on what filters (dimensions) the user selects at runtime, we need to display only those dimensions (let’s say A &B) and get measures based on those dimensions and hide the dimensions that the user has not selected. So my question is, is it possible to hide dimensions dynamically from the visualisation so that the look has data only for the selected filters (dimensions A &B) ?
