How to create logical filter by grouping them into Regions

Hello,

I am new to looker and stumbled upon a Filter requirement. I have a field ‘Platform Name’ which has attributes like this below.

How do I group them into Regions. Example Argentina,Brazil,Rest of latam = LATAM

Carribean,USA, Canada= APAC. and so on

And I would name this custom filter as Region.

Has anyone coded such a logic and can suggest me would be helpful
