How to apply a conditional formatting using the main filter on top of a dashboard?

I want to apply a conditional formatting in looker based on a Measure value using a filter setting of the main filter on top of the dashboard. Consequently, If a value exceeds a certain limit, the color should change automatically for all explores where I select it. I searched the filter settings of the main filter on top of the dashboard but I did not find such an option.
Is there a lookerMl code to introduce such a filter? or what is the best way to do this?

I’ve never done this, but I suspect it can be done with a parameter field and then add conditional html to the dimension / measure that should be “formatted”. The condition can be added via liquid.
