How to add an absolute date filter to a measure

Hello,

I’m trying to add an absolute date filter to a count measure but it’s not working.

I’m addding it like this:

    filters: {
      field: created_date
      value: "after 2020/10/01"
    }

Does anyone know how to properly right it?
