Help Needed( new to Looker): Fiscal YTD calculation

I am trying to build a look which is essentially this:

NetworkId | CountOrder Last month | COuntOrders_Fiscal_YTD


I am trying to build the calculation for Fiscal YTD , can anyone provide some input :

For example ,

Scenario 1: When an end user opens the look , the countOrderLastmonth will show data of OCt 2022, as we are in Nov 2022 and the CountOrders_Fiscal_YTD will shows all the counts starting April1st 2022 to OCt 31st 2022. 

 

Scenario 2:  When an end user opens the look and Lets assume we are in Feb 2023 , the countOrderLastmonth will show data of Jan 2023, as we are in Feb 2023 and the CountOrders_Fiscal_YTD will shows all the counts starting April1st 2022 to Jan 31st 2023. 


Can anyone please help?
