Fixing the Level of Details (LOD) of a Measure

We have the following hierarchy:

1. Orders
2. Shipments
3. Items

Orders include one or more shipments, shipments include one or more items, and each item might be ordered with different quantities. 

We have created a measure to show the revenue in items level. However, I need to show the revenue of the item level AND the order level within the same look. I don’t want to build another derived table because I need to replicate this a lot for some other dimensions as well.

Any idea?

I have the same challange and stepped over the feature symmetric aggregates but have not tried it yet.
