Hi,
Just wanted to know if there is a way for me to create a dimension to retrieve the Looker server Instance name. Based on the retrieved instance name i will need to dynamically set a parameter (database name).
Is there any inbuilt function in looker which will give me the Looker instance name based on which i can set a parameter in LookML ?

You can refer to the current model name or dialect name using _model._name and _dialect._name liquid variables discussed in this doc. If you want to refer to the Looker instance name, I recommend visiting help.looker.com with your specific use case and we can figure out something that would work for you!
