Create a dimension to concat the values of another dimension

Is there a way I can create a custom dimension to concat the values of another dimension?

For example

User ID	Order created at	Fruits	All Fruits
54	Jun 15	Apples	Apples, Pears, Oranges
54	Jun 16	Pears	Apples, Pears, Oranges
54	Jun 17	Oranges	Apples, Pears, Oranges

“All Fruits” is the concat of all values in “Fruit” dimension.
