Attempting to change my “elapsed time” column to show anything in red that is older than 3 hours (0:3:00:01). I’ve tried to do this through conditional formatting of the cell value but it does not recognize anything other than a number. Tried to adjust the value format, but continue to get an error, and unsure where I’m going wrong.
