Color coded bubble chart on maps

I am looking create a bubble chart / scatter plot on the map. something like below. I want the size of the bubbles to reflect the number of the customers and the color of the bubbles to reflect the growth. It doesn’t seem to be possible on Looker. Any leads will be useful.
