can't connect to redshift - a sporadic issue that started yesterday

We are seeing a sporadic issue b/w looker and redshift. This was started yesterday. Our Redshift connection uses SSL. Any hunches on this?

Generally, I would suggest reaching out to our support team to discuss this in more detail, but if you go to admin → connections and test the connection settings, do all the tests pass? If they do not pass, would you be able to share the error message, please?
