Best way to provide user guides / data dictionaries to clients

Any thoughts on what is the best way to embed userguides in dashboards. I come from the Tableau world where we would create an excel user guide / data dictionary and embed the excel as a tab in each dashboard.
How have people done this in Looker ?. We currently provide data dictionaries to our clients as Google Sheets which in my opinion is not the best user experience. I would like the data dictionary to be accessible through one click from the dashboard.
Looking for suggestions
