Am I able to move the filters to a different area?

So this is my first time using looker for a client and their style guide has a sidebar that has the filters on it. We’d like to keep using looker and avoid creating a SPA so is there anyway that I can add these dashboard filters to the original sidebar or am I able to create a new sidebar with these filter buttons on it? If this is possible, there are other styling filters I’d like to put on the page.

As a separate question, the client’s dashboard has 4 distinct maps with States, CBSA’s, Zip Codes, and business entities that exist in separate boxes. The client would like to have these all live in one box and a filter that can cycle between them to show one at a time. Is this possible?
