Advance text search

I have a field for a Chat Interaction that is called “Text” and I need to filer a specific text to export but I’m unable to get it done correctly, the format is:

Request Scheduled

Queue 1

But I need to download a specific queue but I have a space in between and really don’t know how to tell the filter to include the space and word Queue 1, cause I’m unable to do this I download all thats says “Request Scheduled” and manually filtering in excel, but I would like to skip this step cause the Queue is only like 5% of all the request and I’m downloading a lot of unnecessary data at this moment.
