Pulling and manipulating dashboard data

Hi Guys, I’m using the extension framework and am wondering if its possible to pull data from looker so I can manipulate inside a component. Kind of like pulling a list of data, presenting it and then possibly pushing an update into looker based on the user choosing a drop down value.

Steps would be something like this.

1: pull data from a looker dashboard and chop it up into an array

2: create a html table with that data

3: have an event on each row saying if you choose “approve/reject” this is then updated back to looker / BQ

I am using react and javascript at the moment. Any direction on this would be much appreciated.
