How to get client secret using Looker API

Hi,

I am trying to create and get the client_id and client_secret for an user using the Looker API.
In the docs, I could see the API response class is only having clientID and the only way to retrieve the client_secret is through Looker UI.
Is there a way to retrieve both client_id and client_secret using Looker API?
