Can an SSO embed provide for downloads?
For Dashboards and Looks - we can see it for Explores.
(By putting the download_with_limit in the list of permissions.)

Hey John,
Downloading from SSO is only available from embedded explore pages. The appropriate permissions are access_data, explore, download_with_limit, see_looks, + the relevant model permissions.
Hello, is it still not possible to download CSV or PDF from an SSO Embedded dashboard?

If the user has the correct permissions they should be able to download a dashboard. Are you not seeing this option?

Yes, I've added “downlload_with_limit” and my embed users are still not able to see the download option in the dashboard.

Where are you defining the permissions for the embed users? I believe the URL permissions for SSO embedding via URL overwrite the permissions set via the role.

Hi all, turned out to be an issue on our application side - as we create roles on the fly for embedded users (so that each access is matched to the user role on our platform), some roles were not getting the updated version of the application and were missing the downlload_with_limit permission.
