Deprecation Timeline for Looker API 3.1

When will the 3.1 API be deprecated in favor of the 4.0 API? Currently, the Looker API 4.0 is considered experimental, but I assume the 4.0 API will eventually become the standard, and 3.1 will be deprecated.

We currently have some logic built off of the 3.1 API that would break in 4.0 due to how deleted looks and shared folders are handled differently in 4.0.

I can’t seem to find any resources detailing the timeline for 3.1 API’s deprecation in favor of 4.0. My team and I need to know if and when API 3.1 will be deprecated so we can plan accordingly.
