Custom Action - Is there a way to get look or dashboard id from the form endpoint call?

We need to create a Looker Action that would dynamically modify the action form based on what look the user requested the action from.

Is there any way to get Looker to send something that would help identify the look in the request to the Action Form Endpoint? Either as a parameter or in the form_url using liquid syntax?
