Cannot enable looker actions

I am getting a JS error whenever I try to enable a looker action. I navigate to /admin/actions and click ‘enable’ on one of the disabled actions. In the next form I click the ‘enable’ toggle and fill in the relevant information as necessary. When I click ‘save’ I get a JS error in the my console and the network request does not get sent.

Also, I noticed that the gcp action hub is not loading. I cannot navigate to: https://actions-gcp.looker.com. Could this be related?
