Build API for generating web hook secret

We have a fully automated process to create project, model, connection, roles, groups, git repo along with configuration. Currently, each our project has a repository for each Looker instance, and we wanted to switch to one repository per multiple instances per article

The only step that we are missing to build a fully automated solution is to generate web hook secret automatically. Requesting to build/enable that API endpoint.
