SQL Server connection Error

Hi Team,

I am new to Looker and when I am getting below error when I  try to establish connection with the On premise SQL server.

Cannot connect: connection refused: Java::ComMicrosoftSqlserverJdbc::SQLServerException: The TCP/IP connection to the host ServerName, port 1433 has failed. Error: "null. Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall.".

JDBC string: jdbc:sqlserver://ServerName:1433;database=DatabaseName

Please help to fix the error.
