I need to reset my password NOW, and Google is saying my email is not in order. How do I get past this? I can’t reset the password if they can’t send an email to me.

You should contact your Looker admin to verify which type of authentication/authorization is set in your looker app.
For instance: SAML

Also I’d suggest reviewing if you had any recent changes in your email profile (vendor/department/ email name change /email domain change) .
