How to place one measure above another w.r.t dimension in table chart

Hi team,

I have two dimensions Year and Quarter Number with two measures This year sales and Last year sales.

TY= This Year(2022)

LY = Last Year(2021)

I want to place the measures data as and calculate chage% :

or to explain the use case then this is who data should look like

One measure field which shows both measure data.

a quick/easy way would be to create row totals and then hide the individual measures from the visualization
