Terminate schedule after a certain date

I’m wondering if anyone has found a way to end a schedules delivery after a certain date. I can use the API to delete the schedules, but it’d be ideal if you were able to set a schedule end date when creating a schedule. 

The use case is that we frequently have schedules created to run for a campaign whose end date we know, but our users have to go in a delete the schedules after the campaign ends or submit a ticket and have them deleted through the API if there are a bunch of them.
