Make homepage sidebar available also for homepages that use a board instead of default homepage

We make use of boards to improve the homepage experience of the different users e.g. we assign different boards to different user groups based on a user_attribute so that the content is curated for each group's needs.

It would be great to have the homepage sidebar (only available in the default homepage) also for homepages that use a board instead of the default homepage. This would allow us to provide users with additional resources/announcements.
