Installation of Looker on Clustered Environment

Hi All,

I am trying to Install in cluster environment. Backend Db is “MYSQL 5.7.34-google-log”. Looker application is failing to connect with MY SQL DB. the error message as per log file is :

“Error starting Looker: Error starting Looker: Java::JavaSql::SQLInvalidAuthorizationSpecException: Could not connect to address=(host=<dbhost>)(port=3306)(type=master) : Access denied for user '<dbuser>'@'<lookerapphost>' (using password: YES)
Current charset is UTF-8. If password has been set using other charset, consider using option 'passwordCharacterEncoding'

Backend MYSQL DB is configured with coreect charcter set “utf8mb4”. Any suggestions on this issue?
