Ho to remove unsubscribe entry?

Hi everyone,


at the beginning I would like to say I am not a looker customer. I am partner of someone who is a looker partner and he is sending me a scheduled reports. Since two weeks people within my domain dont receive anymore emails. I suppose it is because someone clicked UNSUBSCRIBE. Anyone have clue to to undo it? We need to solved it and we dont know how. I will be appreciate if anyone can help us.

You will need the person who owns the email schedule in Looker to re-add the distro list address.
