Connecting to Redshift on us-east-2

I’m trying to configure a connection to my Redshift database but it consistently fails.  I added the VPC and whitelisted the ip addresses from us-east-1 on the https://docs.looker.com/setup-and-management/enabling-secure-db documentation… However, my Redshift is on us-east-2 and there’s only options for us-east-1.  I tried the same settings on Holistics.io and it worked fine with their IP addresses, so my only assumption is the IP addresses I added for Looker are wrong.  Does Looker not support connecting to us-east-2?  Is there a way to find out which IP address Looker is attempting to connect from?
