Workspace account

Hello

I am trying to log into my console for a new business workspace account ive set up.

I keep getting the attached error message and i cant receive any security messages due to error. Either doesnt recognise my number or says i cant use it or an error.

Have tried every avenue and terribly frustrated.

Would be great to get support as ive contacted via help form and have not heard back.Screenshot 2023-11-28 at 13.36.39.png

Try to sign out from all Google accounts in your browser before sign in to admin console using this link admin.google.com. Make sure to sign in using @yourdomain.com not @gmail.com account. 
 
Alternatively, try to use different browser or browser incognito mode.
