Workspace Drive - drive 5TB account but only showing 512GB

I recently opened a workspace account on the Google Workspace Business Plus. On the plan it states I will have 5TB storage but when I go onto drive it says there is on 512GB. My brain is melted trying to work this out. Has anyone any ideas before I cancel the whole thing.

By any chance when setting up the Google workspace Business Plus did you set storage limits for users in the organization?

Hola, yo tambiรฉn tengo el mismo problema, adquirรญ el plan business plus y solo me dieron 512Gb, he tratado de comunicarme a su centro de atenciรณn y no he recibido soluciรณn alguna. 

tengo el mismo problema, he creado una cuenta, y al inicar me sale 512GB, en algun tutorial dice que los primeros 5 usuarios le daran solo 1TB y luego al 6to los 5 TB, cree 20 usuarios y en total tengo 10TB, es decir me mantiene los 512GB por usuario.

Yeah, I tried that too. Didn't work. I talked to Google and they said its a global problem and theyโ€™ll email when it's fixed. I don't feel that's good enough.

I'm hoping it's fixed soon.

This feels like it's taking too long to fix. I will beginning paying for a service I cannot fully use from tomorrow, May 1st. I believe there should be some sort of compensation for those affected. it's been weeks now.

I was Chris77 but I thought deleting and resigning in would work. It didn't. I feel this is taking too long to fix. Tomorrow I will begin paying for service I cannot fully use. I think there needs to be some sort of compensation - it's been weeks now.

BUMP! Still having the same problem. This is becoming an issue for me. Why should I pay monthly for a reduced service I cannot use? 

Has anyone heard anything about the fix?
