Why is my bill $13.59 instead of $7.20 ๐Ÿค”

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Google Workspace and I signed up for the Business Starter plan, which is supposed to cost $7.20 per month. However, I received a bill for $13.59. Can you help me understand why?

Edit
I think I've understood where my problem comes from, I confused user with email aliases.
- each user is considered as a license = $ on the other hand a single user can have several aliases without any charge.
thanks for your help.

Hello,

I recommend you look at the details of your invoice to see what you paid extra.

Download or print monthly invoices

Thanks,

Italo.

I think I misunderstood their billing system.

if I understand correctly I have to pay 7.2$ for each user
for example, if I have three users
user1 @mydomain.com
user2 @mydomain.com
user3 @mydomain.com

I have to pay 7.2$ x 3 = 21.6$.

am I right?

Are you purchasing month to month.  That is more.  The $7.20 a month is for a yearly subscription.

no for one year it's $6
look what it says on google's plans
$6 USD per user/month, 1-year commitment
Or $7.20 per user/month, when billed monthly
