So I am a third party helping a local business with a Google Form. I logged on to Google Forms under the business email address and created a form. When respondents complete and submit the form I want the email notification they receive to come from the business email address. Instead, notifications come from my email address. Any way to resolve this?
@Teddy1250 I would guess that you created the form perhaps under your account. I would recommend use a guest or incognito profile with just the business account.
Check in drive to see who owns the file. If it's your account, I would share it with the business account and make a copy. If you used a sheet for the responses, you might have to copy that and link it to the form as well. LMK if this idea helps get you in the right direction! KAM
