On-Demand Call Recording requiring an announcement.

In anticipation of the feature roll-out around July 11 I went to double-check that the feature was enabled for our users, it is indeed set to On. But I am getting stuck trying to remove the call recording announcements which are not required for our location. Text above the setting says 'If no announcement is provided, nothing is played' which is what I want. But when saving these settings I get an error message saying that Recording announcements are required.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello - I am experiencing the same and would also like to the ability to allow call recording without the announcement. If required by location I would prefer to organically converse any disclosure instead of an automated announcement that is required by google voice.
