Need more storage

Its so frustrating, my Gmail has been down since the weekend, as it has been suspended due to no space, I am unable to purchase more space, gives error, can't get hold of big Company like Google, its pathetic and frustrating. I'm loosing business due to not having access to my emails. Workspace doesn't work, please help

Why are you unable to purchase more space? "gives error" is not very helpful. Do you have a screenshot ? an error code?

@PetersMini221 you cannot purchase storage for Google Workspace anymore except a $300/month add-on.  Otherwise you must upgrade your edition.  See https://support.google.com/a/answer/12284220?hl=en HTH, KAM
