How do you rename an endpoint/device?

I would like to rename each device according to our assigned asset tags but am unable to locate a way to do so. I've changed the name on every tablet, but it does not reflect here. The idea is that we'll be able to look up the device by our asset tag or barcode and naming convention vs serial number.
