@NewPerspective we'll be better placed to help if you can share the URL so we can see it.  Regardless of that this general guidance may help you:

The website is www.anewperspectivetherapy.com
Thank you!

@NewPerspective thanks for sharing the URL.  A quick look reveals you have a number of issues:

  1. Don't put content you want to be visible in the page header background image - separate the text you have added to the page background header and add it as foreground content.  e.g. if you look at Responsive Design - new Google Sites you will see that the Google Sites and Steegle logos are in the foreground and sit on top of the blue-tinted background image, so they are always visible.
  2. All your content is in images - this is really bad for two reasons:
    1. The content cannot re-flow and reshape to different browser sizes
    2. None of your content will get indexed in search engines (they only index text) and anyone who uses assistive technologies, e.g. screen readers, will not be able to see any content on your site.

What you've done is you've not actually used Google Sites to make your site, but an image editor, and then just put the images on the site: just use Google Sites as it's intended to be used and put your content there. If you need help getting the most out of GOogle Sites see:

If you can't get the look you want with what Google Sites offers you may want to look at other platforms.

@StephenHind has made valid points that I agree with. Overuse of images has circumvented the native responsive capabilities of Sites. However, I do like the aesthetic theme you've designed @NewPerspective ! ๐Ÿ˜ Thanks for sharing.
