Autocrat triggers all previously submitted entries

I have set up a form trigger in Autocrat to create a PDF and email it to those who submit the form. The trigger is running for each previous entry when a new entry is submitted. I've read the solution to this and other posts, but still don't see the solution. In my spreadsheet, autocrat creates a new "status" column each time the form is submitted...

I do have three jobs running simultaneously on this spreadsheet. One creates a pdf of the entry and saves to my google drive. The other two jobs create a pdf and email it to the person submitting the form. All are set up to run on a "form trigger" and not a time trigger.
