2-Step Verification not working as of March 14, 2024

Hi!

We are currently experiencing an issue with the 2-step Verification security. I created the account using Google Workspace and when we tried to set up the security, it gave us an error message "Something went wrong, please try again". I observed the issue for 24 hours but the same error message when we try to set it up.

Hello Bonjov,

Can you clarify is the error happening when one of your workspace users tries to use 2-Step Verification? If so have you made sure the internet browser is up to date, cleared the internet browser's cache, temporarily turned off internet browser extensions and fully restart the device.

If this is happening while trying to setup 2fa from the admin console can you share a screenshot of the error message?
