Recently a handful of sites I manage had issues with invisible reCaptcha v3. The keys are valid, but the json_decode isn't returning a score. It's not that the score is low, there is simply nothing returned. Out of about 70 websites, maybe 15 recently developed this issue.
When I delete their current reCaptcha record and request new keys, the forms work again for awhile but then seem to have the issue again even though all the other sites are working.
Has anyone out there experienced this issue recently. It happened in tandem with the update Google pushed out that broke reCaptcha in Firefox. When they rolled back that's when this became a problem.
