2SV implementation issue

Hi Team,

I have recently implemented the improvement in method for 2SV which is "any except verification codes via text, phone call" in Google Admin Console but it resulted unexpected behaviour that new user was not able to setup 2SV with authenticator option while only Google Prompt/Security Key is available.

My points are,

1. why should user need to enable Google Prompt/Phone 2SV to enable Authenticator 2SV ?
2. Why not the 2Step verification option has the Authenticator app along with Google Prompt?
3. Enforcement can’t be turned off as you know it should be mandatory for any organisation to ensure security.

Could you please work on enabling the Authenticator option in 2 Step verification option in accounts page ?

Or is there way where we can enforce to use particular 2SV method as primary for the Organisation/OU by which we can allow the 2SV method as any but will look for primary always.
