When looking at the individual Community boards, you may have noticed certain icons on the right side of a thread, when looking at the list of threads or when you are in the actual thread itself.

Community icons visually represent a variety of things:

Pinned (1).png

This thread has been pinned to the top of the board to receive more visibility. Content can be pinned by admins long-term (such as for important informational articles) or temporarily, such as for time-sensitive event announcements. A pinned thread signifies importance.

Solved (1).png This thread contains a post that has been marked as a solution to the original question or issue. If you are experiencing the same problem, it is likely that you will find your solution here. You can learn more about asking, answering, and accepting solutions here.

Locked (1).png

This thread was locked by an Admin, meaning that you can't create a new post in it. Threads that are locked are purely informational and not intended for conversations.
