add notes to graphs like GA-UA

This question is for Looker Studio, not Looker.

I would like to add notes to graphs like those found in Google Analytics UA. Is there a way to do that?

I don't want to import UA's notes, but I want to record them while writing notes in the same way on a completely different graph.
