Azure AD SSO integration with Google Chronicle Secops

I am trying to integrate Azure AD SSO with Chronicle SIEM , The relevant team has provided the required keys to support the integration, yet its getting failed.

I request someone to please help me on this.

I have selected options as "Azure AD" as log type and Third party API respectively.

Still facing same issue, can someone please guide me to resolve this issue ASAP.
