| Only allow co-authors to add tables if there are available team data sources
If team data sources are not available, the New table button is now grayed out and a tooltip provides more information. Previously, a user was alerted after they clicked the New Table button.

This fix is being rolled back for all paid users to address issues reported in the community. Previously it was deployed to 100% of free users and 50% paid users.
The intent was not to change or limit the way you work as co-authors. We were trying to make it more obvious for users when you could not add a new table. In general, we'll look at the co-authoring experience and how it relates to access permissions of data sources, before we make further changes. We'll also publish them in the community beforehand.
