The Google Workspace Community Forums 

If you're looking for support with any part of Google Workspace, our forums are the place to go. They're titled "Workspace Forums" and there you will find technical professionals with years of experience who are ready and eager to answer your questions. As a Community member, you have the ability to post, reply, and give "likes" on the Google Workspace community forums. Make sure you conduct a quick search before creating a new post because your question may have already been asked and answered. 

Customer Connect (Private)

The Customer Connect Hub is a private area for Google customers under NDA that have registered with a company email address in the Community and have been nominated by their Google Account Manager. This area provides exclusive approval-based access to product roadmaps.

Articles & Information

"Articles & Information" is a centralized location in the Community where you can find Community news, how-to blogs, tutorials, product updates, and more.

Workspace Feature Ideas 

Do you have an idea to improve the Google Workspace experience, or a feature request for future product updates? If you're a current Google customer and have registered with your company email address, you can join the "Workspace Feature Ideas'' group to contribute your suggestions and vote for ideas posted by other community members. We constantly look to the most voted-on ideas when planning updates, so your suggestions and votes will always make a difference.

By joining the community, you have the opportunity to always be in the know when we run community events, including live webinars, Ask Me Anything sessions, and more. If possible I ask you a question. I was formerly part of the "Google Workspace Visible Changes" community. Is there a similar space where we can obtain the report with the next releases in detail? Or is there a way to continue to get these reports?

Is the a page live yet which has links to the roadmap? That is my primary resource that I'm looking for when signing in.

The roadmap for Q2 2021 is live.

You can find the Roadmaps in the Customer Connect area of the community.

That depends. I just checked the status of your request, and we are still looking into it. Thank you for your patience.

@Jessica_CMI greatly appreciate the follow-up. It has almost been a week and I still do not have access. Not sure what to look for when I do gain access. An email or notification? I did not mention it before but I did have access to this information in the old system. Perhaps I did not correctly migrate my account. If this is the problem is there some form or process I can go through to formally request access to this information.  Thanks very much for the help!

I'm glad to hear that it sounds like you took all the necessary steps to claim your account. Unfortunately, there are still Community members who lost access, despite having it before.

@Jessica_CMI am extremely disappointed in Google. I received a direct message in this forum in regards to gaining access to Customer Connect and I responded with no feedback returned. I have reached out to 3 different account managers for our account to try and get access to a non-disclosure agreement to sign and they know nothing. I would really appreciate it if someone could provide us admins a process that we can follow to gain access Customer Connect and Visible changes. Thank you!

I'm also looking to gain access to the weekly Visible Changes documents (as I did on the previous CCC) and the Roadmap.  Is there a form to fill or another process I need to follow to be granted this access?

Thanks for helping me gain access to the Visible Changes document!  However, I'm still not able to view the Roadmap document(s).  I can see the links but receive an Access Denied message (from Drive) for each.  How do I proceed in gaining access to these documents?
