reference User history view from one looker instance into another instance

I’m creating a multi-source model in one instance of Looker and need to access the User History view from a different instance. is there an easy way to access the data from one instance to another?

So you cannot access the data from another instance.

You can import (read-only) the lookML using a manifest file and remote_dependency. But the data being linked to a connection (to a DB), you’ll need to setup that connection on your other instance too.
